Ilko Batakliev heads up the Customer on-boarding and Message-led experiences design teams at HSBC WPB. He was one of the original crew who started the bank’s journey to Digital Transformation and design thinking culture and has played an instrumental role in the introduction and maturing of design frameworks and processes. Ilko grew up in post-communist Bulgaria and lived fifteen years in Amsterdam prior to his relocation to the UK. His career in digital spans over two decades, in which he has worked for iconic brands such as Philips, Shell, Virgin Media, GSK, Yamaha, TomTom, Canon and Sony Ericsson. When he’s not solving customer problems on Zoom calls, he loves capturing candid black & white street scenes with his phone.

She delivers united and meaningful experiences with her team across Societe Generale products for start-ups, corporates and financial institutions. Previously, Morgane adventured into various fields of consulting, financial markets and tech. In her spare time, she’s a gamer at heart and works on an indie video game successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
