Louise leads research and design engagements for clients, including large financial institutions and FinTech product firms, with a particular focus on establishing the early foundations of DesignOps best practice.
Francesca is the founder and CEO of Molo, a fintech start-up, and the UK’s first fully digital mortgage lender. Molo was born out of her own frustration with getting a mortgage, and realising it was the last frontier of retail banking to see digital disruption. Having launched an MVP in buy-to-let, residential mortgages are in development. Before Molo, Francesca spent more than 10 years in several senior roles in some of the largest banks in Europe, including Deutsche Bank and Barclays. She started her career in consulting and private equity at McKinsey & Co. and Bridgepoint Capital and holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome, MBA (Hons) from Columbia University, Diploma from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Francesca was nominated a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014.
